Solve : How should I arrange Fans?

In regards to my other post, i just went ahead and started buying parts for my pc....

But how should i arrange the fans on this pc case?

The overview says 2 side fans, 1 front fan, and 1 back fan.

How should this be arrange as in exhust/intake?

I was thinking 2 side ones and front = intake, while back one =exhust
Correct me if im wrong.

If you're using the stock fans, it's likely they'll already be set up in the best positions.
I have to say though, that configuration doesn't seem OPTIMAL to me.I'll agree with CALUM. Well in my computer i have 3 fans 1 is the for the side the intake one, the other is in the back the exhaust one, and of course the heat sink fan for the processor so that it won't overheat. hmmmm,

But i need to know how to arrnage them on THIS case.
Like how WOULD you do it on this case.

Front should be intake and rear exhaust, but side fans can be tricky, it depends on the components you're cooling.
Example: As I have a single slot graphics card (exhausts hot air into the case) my side fan is exhaust. If my card was dual slot, I'd have the side fan as intake.
My CPU COOLER is not "top down" cooling, so a fan blowing onto it wouldn't help. If my cooler was top down, a fan blowing directly into it would be beneficial.Quote from: Calum on March 19, 2009, 11:46:13 AM

Well the fans are placed directly infront of or over the mainborad where the cpu sits.
Not down NEAR the video card.

Should side fans still be intake?It depends on the actual components and their cooling, and where the fans would be blowing onto/sucking from.
