You cannot block the user from saving the web page document, every BROWSER reads the document and puts it in a temporary folder already, so technically it's saved on the user's computer, you would literally have to inject some kind of virus that would block the menu(for whatever browser the user is using, and then just hope they have that particular browser, fyi people for the most part use IE and FF), and no one likes those kind of nasties! So NO, you CANNOT block the user from saving the web page is your answer. Now you could go as far as encryption with ascii using the escape function in Javascript. Personally I use my own script to encrypt my HTML followed by ascii to encode the encrypting function. I mean if anyone actually takes the time to decode it, then by god they can have it!
Keep in mind the user can still highlight text/pictures and click Edit->Copy & Paste(Ctrl+C, V), so that isn't completely effective as for blocking people from stealing text or pictures, you'll have to use a no-highlight script, now if you need that PLEASE just say the word, and I might just give you my code, maybe...Another thing, sites that block right click really annoy me.

Yup me too...I use Proxomitron to disable the no-right-click script.
Oh and on one more note, there is no real fool-proof way to block your content on your site from users trying to steal it, if they want it bad enough, they will get it...as long your site is online, people can/will steal content when they please.
