Solve : How to get PSU to work standalone?? |
|
Answer» Hi! Not true, when i got my PSU you could test it, before installing it into the machine, by using a paper clip and inserting it into certain colours on the motherboard connector...To test the basic function of an ATX power supply, short the Green wire (pin14) with ONE of the grounds (Black, pin 13 or 15). This should turn the power supply on. Many thanks. Esle one Q: How to do it with AT-power supply? (have both) Many many thanks.
