1 when you click print the page opens up but where it normally indicates print at the top of the page i says save, fortunately i can still print by going to the BOTTOM of the page and click on PRINT USING SYSTEM DIALOGUE
2 i cannot open up the HP PRINT ASSISTANT to GAIN access to help info,printer software etc
