Solve : hp compaq dx2280 does'nt startup?

1.	Solve : hp compaq dx2280 does'nt startup?
Answer» My SYSTEM is hp compaq dx2280 with 256 ddr-2 RAM does'nt startup. I opened the cabinet and swithed the power and can see processor fan rotates only for just 2sec and stops. when i again do that the processor does'nt even rotate. Now I REMOVED power cord and again PLUGGED in again the processor fan rotates only for 2sec and stops. This happens again. No OUTPUT on screen also. Please help.............What do you mean you "opened the case and switched the power " ? ?
