This printer is 2 years old and NEVER been used. Pulled it out of the box YESTERDAY. Connected wireless and all is good except, it will not stop READING that it has a paper jam, the rollers activate (albeit noisily), then it just goes to the Paper Jam mode and will not work. No clue what to do, I looked for any foreign object or abnormality, Nothing..... HELP!!!!

HaukMy first bit of advice to GIVE you would be to check for packaging inside the printer but as you've done this already, and found nothing, then that leaves you with the conclusion that the printer would probably never have worked (sold faulty). It could be some malformation in the rollers, bad motors or simply that the printers programing wasn't installed properly. Unless that printer had a long warranty, then I'm afraid that there's probably not much that you can do.

Remember in future to try and test/inspect any products, be it electrical or not, as soon as POSSIBLE. Sorry that I couldn't be of any more help.
