I can print docs but cannot scan.
Also, the machine will not copy. Wife took out the color cart - mt- and tossed it, so now
it only has black. Would that keep it from making a b/w copy? It's showing E cart missing, but it will print with only the black cart - looks like it would copy.
Any help appreciated. DixieflashDid you DLoad and install Vista drivers for it ? ?Yes but a note SAID that Vista did not support all features. I'm assuming that is the PROBLEM with not scanning?
Shouldn't it make grayscale copies of grayscale originals with only the black cart installed
and not even connected to the computer? I sure NEED to copy some documents.
