Answer» Hello! Everyone
I have a NETWORK problem with a HP Pavilion dv6000 (Nividia nForce Networking Controller) Running Windows Vista Home Premium. Computers and Laptops on this network ACQUIRE IP address automatyically. I went to device manager the Network drivers are fine. Tried to dissable windows firewall , tried to let windows diagnose and repair still no success. Please help with any idea on this issue.
Thanks!I finaly solved the issue.
Didn't realise that the Local AREA Connections Properties for Windows Vista has TWO TCP, (TCP/Pv6) and (TCP/Pv4). One of them had the IP address assigned manualy and that prevented it from obtaining IP Address automaticaly FOM the DHCP server, so i changed it to obtain IP addresses automatically and reconnected the LAN cable back, that sorted out may issue. I hope this experience can also help someone. isn't Vista Great !!! Good for you figuring it out*
