Original font not printing. printing some wrong font. Please Help me.You may be using a Non-English version of the printer. Find and select the PROPERTIES of the printer and do a test page. It should be the same ANS the standard font on your system. Also, most printers have a way of making a test page without the computer. i print test page. test page is ok. and any document print correctly. but using "Luicda Bright font" print it wrong font. This may be the information you need. Fonts must be installed on computer. Then manage the font for the printer using HP FontSmart

The font you want may not have been installed, or may not work on the HP 4500. Try another font that looks like the one you want.
