My Hard Drive Is Failing I Need A Replacement But I Am Not Sure What The Actual Size I Would Really Need Hp Won't Answer My Question Unless I Pay Them $20 For One Time Tech Support
I Want To Try To Repair It Myself, Last Time I Took A Laptop To The Computer Repair Place He Didn't Know Anything About Factory Images or How to Use Them. So I'm Not Really Going To Trust Him With This. I know it's Size Is In Inch's But I'm Not Really Sure I'm Sorry I'm New At This Any Help Would Def Be More Than Welcomed Thank you1. What MAKES you think hard drive is failing? 2. Is computer past warranty? 3. If you can backup all your important stuff, & then install Macrium Reflect to create an image of the entire hard drive, that will be a lot easier than starting from scratch with the Recovery CD's. http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.asp
