Answer» Laptop problem #3, also with the monitor. This problem has started occurring more recently. I will be WORKING on my laptop when suddenly the screen will turn off. If I tilt it into the light I can see that Windows is still up and whatever I was working on is still begging to be saved. If I fold the screen back and forth it usually comes back on; other times I have to shut the computer down and restart it, which almost always brings it back. Any suggestions?Is the machine under WARRANTY? Do we get any clues about it? Do you have a real Windows CD to SOLVE all of these problems assuming it is not HARDWARE? |
