Answer» computer won't connect to INTERNET via wifi or ethernet. CD/DVD drive is not working EITHER. I ORDERED a recovery disc and recovered it and wiped it clean but it didn't fix the problem. What caused you to do this "I ordered a recovery disc and recovered it and wiped it clean" What is your operating system?
