1.	Solve : HP Pavillon a305w cd-writer won't open?
Answer» My cd-writer & expansion bay both light up. The exp. bay OPENS, but the cd-writer won't. I have tried cleaning the inside of compt. & un-plugging & re-plugging the cd-writer. Will I need a new/used one? Where can I optain one? Can I try something else to make it work? What would be the COST of a new or used item?There is a small pinhole on the FRONT of the drive...STRAIGHTEN out a PAPER clip and insert it into the hole to release the drive door....
