Answer» Everything appears to be fine except it doesn't seem to be communicating with the PC. A raging family member threw down the PC a while back and now we have this problem. Tried reinstallling the PRINTER and replacing the USB cord. Still nothing. DOn't have a lot of money to get someone out to the HOUSE or the patience to do this over the phone with someone.Did you TRY another usb port? Was it the printer that was dropped? LOOK in device manager and do you see any !!!yellow marks NEXT to a device? |
