Answer» i`m having problem to open command prompt. is there is new virus or anything that can disabled this program( command prompt ) too?are they those WHOSE make this virus really genius, why they so genius?please HELP me....theirs a way to DISABLE command prompt maybe this is what happend.. to find out go to run and open regedit and find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System look for a value called DisableCMD if the value is set to 1 or 2 this is the problem, set it to 0 that is default , 1 is disabled , 2 is disabled except for BATCH.
