Solve : I Cant Format my HD? |
|
Answer» when i format my HD (quick) a blue sreen appears and the only sentence that i remebered is that "Physical memory bumped" something like that. I also TRY to format it in the disk management but when it is almost done a message appears saying somethin "error can't format" try doing the regular formatThat wouldn't work if he's formatting the Windows HARD Drive WITHIN Windows....Quote he's formatting the Windows Hard Drive WITHIN WindowsIt's almost like cutting a branch you're sitting on. I know, in case of the branch, it's possible, but with Windows.....hmmmmmIf it's not possible for you to format from Windows, there is an option. What's a plan without a plan B. Get a bootable CD, and load to DOS and use the fdisk command, these is where you would be able to format with the "format C:/SQuote If it's not possible for you to format from WindowsIs it possible?Or you can boot from the Windows CD and format the hard drive.Format from DOSor the window cd and use the normal format NOT the quick one. I just assumed that the PERSON tried the disk also when i said to do the normal formatGood point. Don't use the Quick Format Option. |
