Does this happen with all CD's/DVD's? I suggest reinstalling the Roxio Suite. I was using an older version of Roxio before and got the same error, so I got the latest version and started having the same problem after a week.I would have a look in Device Manager and SEE if there are any Yellow Question or Exclamation Marks. I suggest reinstalling the Roxio Suite.
