Answer» Hello all, I am continually TRYING to do things I havent done and "messing" with all sorts of projects. ANYWAY, I have gotten ahold of a couple of older pc's. I WOULD like to swap the 600MHz proc. in ONE for a 1.1 GHz , they are both socket 370. Will I run into any problems doing this? Is it pretty straightforward? Any advice? The proc's are P3 Celerons. Intel Whitney chipset mobos.Obtain the mainboard manual to see if the processor it compatible with the mainboard. |
