Solve : I need a vent..?

Alright, so far, the past few days have been complete crap, went to clean out my laptop THURSDAY morning before going to bed, went to sleep after getting it apart and clean, put it back together Thursday evening after I woke up. Got nothing but the caps lock key flashing, pulled the RAM and switched DIMM1 to DIMM2, and vice versa, fixed the issue, then I got a BSOD. Took me about an hour to figure out that that was caused by the SATA hard drive bus being set to ACSI or some such instead of ATA. That pretty much fixed that, however, I still cannot figure out why the computer will not boot without the RAM being in the correct order. Dell doesn't seem to have any idea as to why this is either. Or what that flashing caps lock light means. Bunch of f**kin' morons!

So, today, I decided, up early, might as WELL do something productive right? Like, get the third monitor going again. Well, got my desktop moved to the left side of my desk, the bulky 17" CRT dell monitor put in place, everything hooked up, install the drivers for the MX4000, bam, blue screen upon reboot. Tried everything EXCEPT moving the MX4000 to another PCI SLOT, really can't do that 'cause its fan eats a PCI slot, and I only have two, gotta have my wireless card. After about an hour or so of trying to get it to work I gave up. Tried new drivers, old drivers, installing drivers in several orders, nothing works. So then, after giving up, my desktop decides to be a complete f**king piece of s**t and boot ONLY from the CD-RW. I remedied this issue by resetting the BIOS to default, simple 'nuff, but I had to re-configure the few settings I had. Still annoying, caused my case to get another DENT by way of flying angry fist. Now I've got this blasted desktop's front fans droning in my left ear with nothing to show for it but a useless video card eating power in my desktop. Thanks nVidia, your products are about as compatible with each other as they are with ATI products! Oh well, that stupid three speed switch still works that i've got the front fans tied to, so its a bit less loud. Still sounds like a wind tunnel, I can practically hear it sucking air through the three open 5.25" bays. Can definitely feel it if I stick my hand in the bays. Surprisingly, its colder in the case than it is in my room. Didn't think that possible, but it is.

On the plus side, I'm going to see Gran Torino in 42 minutes.
