The correct drivers will be on the Driver CD that shipped with the MACHINE...This is going to sound bad.....but I don't know where they are

Maybe you downloaded and installed the wrong driver?
The Sound is a PCI Device. Can't be installed if it's the wrong driver.
I have no idea what ziyayire.dll is.

Did you go to Dell and enter the Service Tag?
