Answer» I have spent hours trying to get the black to print. I have purchase and installed several new black cartridges. I have installed a new print head that cost like $60 bucks to no avail. I have tried to download from canon new drivers or to get tech HELP but their SITE doesn't SEEM to be working now for several weeks. The color works FINE. Very strange, any ideas? |
