do u think that the root of all this is the iexplorer.exe been deleted???

problems are

-start up gone
-folders,desktops, all in the desktop gone
-cant right click
-internet EXPLORER about blank page- offline but im fully connected to the internet
-on system restore im stock at the last step (next) and it didnt restart
-task manager>processes> iexplorer.exe gone T-T

only i can do is

-i can open PROGRAMS thru task manager>new task>any programs lyk u said to me
-i can access to mozilla firefox internet only
-task manager can open of course


do u think i nid to repair or reinstall iexplorer to fix the problem??? so the iexplorer.exe in the process will come back??it's explorer.exe. Not iexplorer.exe. It's not important but kind of confusing, since iexplore is internet explorer.
