Solve : iFrame - Move Parent Page to top.?

Hi all,
FINALLY I got solution after few months long looking for answer.
I would like to SHARE my solution here for people who use iFrame for their web design.

Problem description:
MAIN page with iFrame, when you scroll down main page down, the main page position remain when you update the iFrame url.

Solution:
Call JS automatic when load pages in Iframe and excute the "scrollto" at main page.

index.htm ( main page contain iFrame)
test123.htm (inline page)

index.htm, contain the following script that scroll main page to TOP:
