Solve : Images on cd not displaying?

1.	Solve : Images on cd not displaying?
Answer» Hi, I'm new here so please be PATIENT. I inserted a CD I have that has a MRI of mine BURNED to it. I'm used to just inserting a new CD and the images IMMEDIATELY display on my laptop's screen. Didn't happen this time. I am unable to locate my CD on "my COMPUTER" icon (or maybe I just don't know how) so I'm STUMPED. Help?
