when the window pops up for me to install, it is in ITALIAN....Could someone please give me "for  dummy" instructions to change it BACK to english??  Same thing happened wi my pic SITE, and I was able to change it with directions like...." tools is the third tab from left...options is the first tab on top, second dropdown on right is language.....ect...  THIS time im gonna also write the words in italian so I can just find those words I need if I ever do another program!!  Thanks in advance, from a mom,  puter dummy.    Travel to HP's site and enter the PRINTER info...model # etc. and do a search.
This should take you to the drivers page where you can DLoad an English version of the drivers...
If you need assistance post back with alot more info on the printer.I went ahead and installed the printer in italian after a very LONG and fusterating night on a helpline/chat thing.... So, now can someone tell me how to just **change the language **PLEASE??   it is a HP, deskjet, F4140, all in one. if everything you installed is in Italian, then you must uninstall the HP software and download the english drivers as patio said. Then install them. OK,  I will try to uninstall....I had my picture site do this to me, and it was just a matter of GOING into tools and a few tabs......Was hoping this would be as easy.I will come back after I erase, and download from HP website.thanks. A website is different...in fact many webpages will display in 3 or 4 languages DEPENDING on which link you click. This is by design.
With drivers and manuals it's different...if you get Italian that's what you have It cannot be changed.
