Solve : installing multiple software from network?

Hi,
I WANT to install multiple SOFTWARE from a network <172.13.35.10>app1.exe,app2.exe,app3.exe using a batch file and automatically fill-in the USERNAME and PASSWORD of administrator when prompt.

Can someone help me on this.
