Solve : Interactive services dialogue detection?

I have recently installed a HP PHOTOSMART all-in-one printer.
Tonight when I plugged the USB from the printer into my laptop to print a Word document, I GOT the "Interactive SERVICES Dialogue detection" screen.
When I click to see the problem it says:
C:/Windows//SMINST/BLService.exe
with a microsoft visual C ++ Runtime Library error that says the application requested the Runtime to terminate.
Now the error keeps POPPING up and I cannot get rid of it.Didn't you post this same question in a different forum here?
