Presuming what you mean is an internal PCI card that will provide additional USB ports (above and beyond what the computer has already) and the "male connectors" you are referring to are the CONNECTIONS on the external DEVICES that you intend to plug into your card. They are as common as grass and come in a multitude of options of external ports. I actually am USING one that has 4 external and 1 internal (inside the case) USB ports. You would have to get a regular PCI care and unsolder the ports and splice into your system. Unless this is for an industrial need. A custom card is about $500. Exactly what is your objective? Why do you need the internal connectors, as opposed to more external USB ports?
