Looks like Zezima...99% except, im about 130, usually wear pants and my back is not hairy similar, much thinner, not so hairy, and replace the PCs with BIKINI clad women, sounds about right. Oh and I don't wear glasses, and the card he has should be something else being in... well, never mind that portion, get's a bit crude. Family Guy? That was my first impression.
