Answer» Hello all.. I have a PROBLEM that i hope anyone here could help me out with. I have an internal hard disk that i use in my PC, i moved to the States for my studies and i have the disk with me. I got myself a USB ADAPTER to get files off the disk to another machine. When i plug in the USB, windows detects the hard disk, a balloon pops up at the lower right hand side of the screen SAYING new HARDWARE detected and all that. But, when i open 'My Computer' the hard disk icon is not there. What should i do? Is there a way to mount it with MsDos? Please help... its my work files since 2002.. Thank YouTry HOOKING it up as a slave drive internally.
