Solve : Jetway JHA12-LF Driver and SATA Issue? |
|
Answer» HELLO. I am not SURE if I posting my issue in the right area as I am not sure if it hardware or software related. I have recently built my new system as I do every year as its been my hobby for 15 years. I have never ran into this issue and for someone who though they have seen it all I am learning otherwise. I have choosen a Jetway HA12 motherboard for this build against my better judgement and my problem is after I install my OS (Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) I can not get the driver disc to run. Now both LG DVD Burners are brand new so Im not sure if those are the issue. BUT...the funny thing is I put this disc into my wifes LAPTOP to get the RAID drivers I NEEDED and it ran fine. I will post complete specs at the bottom of the post. I do keep back up drives because I never know when they may be needed so I switxhed them out and still no go. The disc in question just sits in the drive and spins. This is the first time I have ran across an issue LIKE this and its really driving me nuts. The only thing keeping me from RMA this whole board and going back to a different brand is the fact I got the basic drivers from their website. I have TRIED to contact Jetway of this issue and 2 weeks of no return emails or phone calls so that is discouraging as well. So here I am. I would greatly appreciate and input to this matter and thank you in advance. Here is the system I built.
