I recently bought a plextor dvdrw optical drive and after i INSTALL it and go into windows and try to burn a dvd.. by using nero 6.6 my COMPUTER hangs up the PROCESS stays to 1 percent and i was wondering why.. when i read the owners manual for the drive it said that for a faster computer put a jumper i was wondering why do you need the jumpers..
