Click here to find out what information I should add when submitting a question?tried several other keyboards including purchasing a usb.  took it to best buy --tech looked at it, ran some tests and was baffled---did not want to spend min of 200 on checking it further.  he said his software showed no virus or trojans.  If I hold down a key, for about a second, the letter shows---someone said it is a registry problem  for me, that is greek.Click here to find out what information I should add when submitting a question?
All keyboards you tried were USB, or you tried PS/2, too?two keyboards teied were plugged into back---ROUND plug and one new one purchased was a usb device but did not come with any driver disk. You shouldn't need any driver.
You still didn't READ my link.computer has been upgraded last jan to intel duo core running xp.  my wife said she was typing away on microsoft word when it suddenly stopped responding.  no response with keyboard except as I described, holding the key down until I hear two subtle clinks in any program or email. Was the upgrade professionally done? Did problem start right after upgrade?
