Answer» My MOUSE and keyboard do not work. They are both plugged, but neither work for some reason. My computer was off for a MONTH or so and when I went to turn it on, neither would work. Does anyone know what the problem MIGHT be?With no details of the computer, OPERATING system, peripherals (USB, wireless or PS/2)etc. we can only guess. See below.can you use another keyboard and mouse on your comp to see if they work? what type of keyboard and mouse do you have? PS\2 (round connector) or a USB (rectangular connector)?
