Answer» I am using a Dell LATITUDE D800, about 3 YEARS old. Suddenly the KEY for the letter alphbetically between U and W won't work. (I can't type it here because it won't work!) I press down and it won't go down--I get resistance. Suddenly started this e-ening. (That's the nonworking letter.) Any idea on the cause? Thanks so much for any help. If you have never worked on a laptop best to PAY a repair shop. See the below link.
