Solve : Keyboard/mouse not working after ethernet card installation? |

Answer» My STEPMOTHER needed an ethernet card for her PC b/c she upgraded from dial-up to DSL. After I installed the card, the computer will not recognize the keyboard/mouse and THEREFORE I can not LOG in to set up her DRIVERS and dsl and such. I tried re-installing the old dial-up modem to see if that was the problem and it does nothing still. I am at a loss as to what to do next...please help.btw, both keyboard and mouse are usb...the PC has no P/S2 PORTS. |
