Answer» I was turning on my computer, quickly following i get a 'usb INTERFACE is plugged in, please unplug to continue computer will shut down in 5 secs' error MESSAGE. It continued to shut down over and over, so i unplugged everything but the stuff necessary to run a computer (mouse,keyboard, monitor,power) and the message finally disappeared.only now its stuck on the HP logo page. and i cant go in to check anything because now the keyboard wont work. it is getting power because it flashes twice. So I'm getting frustrated because i have tried three different KEYBOARDS, both regular and usb.Scan for VIRUSES!i would but i cant get out of the hp logo page in the FIRST place
