Solve : Killed Wife's Laptop.... Help Please!? |

Answer» So... I just killed my wife's laptop, the new one is on order. I have the HARD drive PULLED and just picked up an IDE dock.... The problem I am having is that I can not GET into the folder to get her files off.... It SAYS access denied... The operating system is XP... I have this drive hooked up via USB to another COMPUTER & desperately need to get files out of the administrator's folder... Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!Are you logged on as a user with full Administrator rights?Reboot in "Safe Mode" and log on as "Administrator".
