Solve : killing my hard drive?

i built COMPUTER with ECS motherboard,the PROBLEM i have with this board kills my hard drive if i reformat.if IM installing windows second time this happens.the first PHASE installed nicely when it goes to second it boot up first its when freeezes
it does show that i have installed hard drive when it boots up and freezes at boot up even i press DEL to go to BIOS setting and display windows does not.if tthere is anyone who met this kind of problem or got an idea.help me
