Answer» It makes a WHINING noise when on and a clicking noise when off. When you connect charger it stops. And with it disconnected it won't stay on more than 2 min.What are the specs on your COMPUTER? Who makes it...what is the MODEL, etc., etc. Right now...it seems you may have a battery issue, but it's entirely too early to tell unless you can give us a little more information.
