Solve : Laptop problem *URGENT*?

i upgrade my laptop to windows vista, after it restarts a blue screen appears. From then it wont let me get into windows. So what i did is try to boot vista in a dvd drive but it DOESNT boot so i try with a window xp cd and it doesnt boot. What can i do at this point if i cant get into windows? Bios setting seems to be correct in the boot device, but maybe my dvd wont boot?Some details about the laptopwould be helpful. Is that a real Microsoft CD? Does the drive appear to ACCESSING the disc when it is in there?Is that a real/ "purchased" Microsoft CD
