Hi, ive never posted on here before because Ive never needed to but yeah

Ok, today my laptop decided to break. its the touch-pad mouse. all of a sudden it just STOPPED working.

Ive tried everything, re-installing the driver etc and it keeps coming up that the device is working properly, but its obviously not!

the wierd thing is that there is this little icon thats always in the taskbar that does something if you touch the mouse, eg if you move the cursor it will flash up, if you press a button the little button will light up. but now nothing happens. its like it doesnt recognise that its there!

anyone HEARD of this? or know how to fix it?Do you have virus protection? Have you made any changes to your SYSTEM lately?

[glb]Flame[/glb]Im using AVG free, as I CANT afford to actually buy any kind of 'PROPER' software. There havent been any major changes at all.

I forgot to mention that when I go to add new hardware, it says that the device is working fine. Quote
