Solve : Laptop wireless not working?

Answer»

Hey, I used auslogics on my laptop to speed it up, I think I may have REMOVED a program which was important for the WIRELESS to work... I can connect to the wireless device just fine but it always says "limited connectivity" and doesn't let me go on any websites at all.

There are 2 other laptops in the house that have no problems with the wireless, so i'm wondering if anyone can help me, any ADVICE appreciated, thanks!

my spec is:
Windows Vista Home Preium
Service Pack 2

System:
Compaq Presario CQ60 Notebook PC
AMD Turion Dual-Core RM-72 2.10 GHz
4GB RAM
32-bit Operating SystemAs recommended in the other thread you have, download and REINSTALL the latest driver from the manufacturer's website. Also if this message is appearing ""limited connectivity"" are you not getting a window OPENING offering a "repair' function? Have you tried that? truenorth Quote from: quaxo on June 12, 2011, 10:16:49 AM

As recommended in the other thread you have, download and reinstall the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.

Couldn't agree more...
Both issues appear to be lack of proper Drivers.
