Solve : Laptop wont run on battery? |

Answer» I have a Dell inspiron 1501. It is about a year old and i just replaced the battery about a WEEK ago with a new 9-cell battery. Anyways all was FINE and dandy till this morning. It was plugged in all day yet this morning it would not turn on unless i had it plugged in. When it booted the power meter in the corner showed the battery was charging and was at 47% well i left my laptop in the rest of the day and STILL did not go past 47%. Also as soon as i unplug my laptop it shuts completely off. no pwer whats so ever. Please help.....If you just replaced the battery then it should be under some kind of WARRANTY. I'd take it back if i were you. |
