Mine are very nice!

I switched recently from Comcast 25M/5M Performance for $79.95 a month to Comcast 6M/1M Performance Starter for $49.95 to save $30 a month.

They also have a package for 3M/768k for $34.95 a month, but at any given time we can have VoIP Telephone going, + 2 streams of Netflix + online gaming and 6mbps download with 1mbps upload is pretty much the bare minimum that this will work on without buffering etc. ( We did away with Cable TV since its a waste with nothing good on and anything good is in the expensive packages, and we just dont watch TV when we can watch anything we want to watch just about on demand at one of many computers in our home as well as through out streaming blu-ray player or PS3 that plays netflix to TV etc )

I ended up flashing my D-Link Router with DD-WRT to highly configure and PRIORITIZE my bandwidth so that telephone always has a priority of 1 mbps/500k when active leaving the rest of the devices with 5 mpbs/500k and it works well. Without QoS the telephone acts up or gets choppy voice when everything else is COMPETING for bandwidth.

I wish I could go to the cheapest plan, but 3mbps/768k just isnt enough for it all.http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5052056157... that is hughes network over satellite!!! not bad for us here in the country... beats dial-up!Curious .... why is your download speed lesser than your upload? I have never seen a configuration that way before?

Do you have download throttled in some way?

My internet speed changed some, I went with a 5/1 package for bandwidth to save money PER month and then they gave me a free upgrade to 25/1 at a cost of $45 a month.

I have no idea. I'll try it again.

Do you think Verizon may have something out of wack >Keep in mind you are relying on outside servers for the test...
I USUALLY run 3 on the same server...then average out the speeds...

But thats just me.
