Answer» When I insert a new cartridge it prints as an old one (3/4 of text is blank). "clean nozzles" and "align to fix blurry EDGES" do not help. The printer never had PROBLEMS before with any cartridge. How to solve the PROBLEM ? THANK you very muchTry a new cartridge. Or contact the vendor of TIPS about cleaning the print heard.
