Answer» Hi, My printer broke a few months ago and I went ahead and gave up on it.
Now I need it bad and its still broken. Everytime I go to use it, I turn it on and it says "PLEASE turn off power and clear paper JAM. Then turn printer BACK on." When I try to print, the computer says "Paper Jam!" Now tell me how is it possible for there to be a paper jam without any paper even in it?
I've tried multiple solutions and it still gives the ERROR. Please help, I'm closely considering just BEATING on it Have you tried cleaning your printer?Because a paper jam is what it is...check all the feed rollers to see if there is any foriegn material in there...Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and drivers?
