Solve : Lines On Monitor? |

Answer» My monitor has some bright lines on the TOP of it. The owner claims it is because it's about to CRASH. I was wondering if this was true. The lines always appear when trying to download something. They start at the top and work their way slowly down, NEVER REACHING past about 1 inch below the top. In addition, the screen will start to go BLACK up at the top. |
