Answer» My father-in-law is turning 90 in March. He loves his computer, but has a slight palsy and has trouble only clicking one side of the mouse. He does a "universal" CLICK which includes both left and RIGHT as well as the SCROLLING wheel. As a RESULT, he loads his computer with all sorts of garbage. I think a large mouse would be the answer. My grand-daughter SAYS they are called "rats', but doesn't know where to find them. Any assistance would be helpful. I've "googled" searching for them, but cannot find any.
