Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting on these forums.  I'm trying to figure out what new graphics card I should get for my computer.  I have a AMD Sempron 3000+, 2.00 GHz, with 512 MB of RAM.  It only has regular PCI slots and the AGP.  I'm not worried about the RAM requirements for the card because I'm about to invest in atleast another 1 GB stick. 

The current graphics card I have is a e-GeForce FX 5500 (256 MB, at least that's what it SAYS on the box).

I've looked up the XFX GeForce 6200 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3569995&CatId=318 and the GeForce 7300 GT http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3244230&CatId=318.  I am mostly worried about the power supply.  These say 300 Watts, but I just looked in my computer today and it says 250 Watt.  Any ideas on what i should do?  Will these WORK?First off, welcome to the forums.

And what do you need this card for?
I would recommend a better power supply no matter what you go for, a 4-500W one will last through many upgrades to COME and they're not too expensive for a DECENT brand either.GeForce 7300 GT the other one cant HANDLE the memory that it is allotted, and yes i would recommend a new psu, having insufficient power can damage you computer.
